Welcome to Hustler's FX (HSTLR FX). By accessing our website and subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Agreement

HSTLR FX provides Forex trading signals and educational content for informational purposes only. Our signals are delivered via the Telegram messaging application. You must have a valid Telegram account to receive our services.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

We offer several subscription plans (Starter, Standard, Premium, Lifetime). Payments are processed on a recurring basis (monthly) for all plans except "Lifetime," which is a one-time payment. All prices are in GBP (£). You are responsible for managing your subscription, which can be canceled at any time. Payments are non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate access to proprietary information (signals), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any subscription plan for any reason. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

4. High-Risk Investment Disclaimer

Foreign exchange (Forex) trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade Forex, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment. HSTLR FX is not a financial advisor and all signals are for educational and informational purposes. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Limitation of Liability

HSTLR FX, its owners, and its operators will not be held liable for any losses or damages, including without limitation, any loss of profit, which may arise directly or indirectly from the use of or reliance on our signals or information. You are trading at your own risk.

6. Use of Service

You agree not to share, resell, or distribute our signals or any content from our private Telegram channels. Any unauthorized sharing will result in immediate termination of your service without a refund and may result in legal action.
